Updated 11th May 2020:
The continuing situation surrounding Covid 19 is no doubt caused concern for both ourselves, our customers and other businesses.
We'd like to reassure our customers that according to the European Food Safety Authority ‘There is currently no evidence that food is a likely source or route of transmission of the virus.’ We would encourage our clients to rest assured that we are taking all the necessary precautions and more to ensure business continues without disruption, with health and safety continuing to be at the forefront of our operations.
As i licensed catering establishment we adhere to strict personal hygiene training with every member of staff - hand washing is imperative and we take this seriously, ensuring staff do this thoroughly after every task and each break time and avoid touching their face.
Whilst we currently have no members of staff who have recently visited or been in contact with anyone who has visited a high risk area, Our team members have been told to stay home if suffering from any sort of contagious symptoms and we complete return to work forms for those who have been away on holiday or returning to work after being sick.
Our principal concern is for the welfare of our customers, visitors and staff. We are closely monitoring the advice of WHO and the department of health in relation to Corona virus and its impact on events. Precautionary measures are currently in place at our establishment and these will continue to be implemented until further notice.
We are allowing all clients with bookings scheduled throughout 2020 to reschedule their date and venue with no additional costs. Due to the nature of the business the vast majority of our bookings require an outlay as a business from the moment they're confirmed, With that in mind, any outright cancellations will be in line with our standard cancellation policy. We will continue to update this statement in line with the latest advice from the UK Government and the WHO.
